What I Wore {post 53}

Who's ready for a great weekend? Who's ready for a marathon?  me! me! me!  Steamtown is in two days!  I am ready ... Teddy ready with the one-two checker.  As you read this post, I am hydrating and gearing up for a great race!  In the meantime, here are some great outfits.

Wow.  Call this one the black and white post.  That's what these three outfits were all about.

* Black & White Blouse, Skinny Jeans, Brown Riding Boots *

I puffy heart with rainbow sprinkles casual Fridays.  I wore this outfit on a recent Friday to work.  I found the blouse at the Franklin, Tennessee Anthropologie and had the skinnies and boots in my closet.  The top has a kind of western vibe to it.  I love it.

* Black & White Dress and Black & White Belt *

I'm pretty happy with this outfit.  The dress is a few years old from TJ Maxx.  It's a staple in my Summer wardrobe because of how easy and versatile it is. I wore my favorite fitted black sweater with it and added a black & white belt from Anthropologie.  I would have loved to wear better shoes, but this was a Monday and I'd done a long run the day before.  So it was all about the flats.

* Black & White Print Dress *

This dress was a steal from a little store in Ocean City, NJ: "Ta Da".  I laugh, but I have gotten so many cute things from there!  I toned it down by wearing my brown riding boots with it.  I love this dress.

However ... I wanted to wear my fun tunic dress from Nordstrom.  But I didn't think it was work-appropriate.  At least without tights.  I will try this look again with some brown or grey tights when it gets a little cooler.  I love the dress.

One more week in the books!  Have a great weekend and cross your fingers and toes for strong and fast legs for me!

See you swoon,
